Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please provide our designated agent with the following information:

Required Information

1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including:
   • Title, author, and any registration or tracking number
   • Description of the work
   • URL or other location of the original work
2. Identification of the infringing material on our site, including:
   • URL or specific location of the infringing content
   • Description sufficient to locate the material
   • Confession ID or post reference if available
3. Your contact information, including:
   • Full name and title
   • Company or organization (if applicable)
   • Mailing address
   • Telephone number
   • Email address
4. Good faith statement that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law
5. Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
6. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
4. Your contact information
5. Consent to jurisdiction in your district or where the service provider is located

Our Response Process

Upon Receiving a Valid DMCA Notice:

• We will promptly investigate the claim
• Infringing content will be removed or disabled within 24-48 hours
• The submitter will be notified (if contact information is available)
• Documentation will be maintained as required by law

Repeat Infringer Policy:

• Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may be banned
• IP addresses may be blocked from submitting content
• We maintain records of copyright violations

False Claims

Please note that:

• Filing false DMCA claims may result in legal liability
• Perjury charges may apply for knowingly false statements
• We may seek damages for processing fraudulent claims
• Consider fair use principles before filing a claim

Anonymous Platform Considerations

Due to our anonymous nature:

• We cannot always contact content submitters directly
• Removal may be the only available remedy
• We encourage users to avoid posting copyrighted content
• Original content and personal experiences are preferred
