Yes, we don't require registration, names, or email addresses. We temporarily store IP addresses for security purposes (deleted after 30 days). However, complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed in cases involving illegal activity or legal investigations.
Approved confessions are visible to all visitors of the website. They may also be shared on our social media pages to reach a wider audience. All confessions are reviewed by moderators before publication.
Submission Process
Simply visit our homepage, type your confession in the text area (up to 1000 characters), optionally add an image, and click "Submit Confession." Your submission will be reviewed by our moderation team.
Most confessions are reviewed within 2-6 hours. During peak times or for complex content requiring careful review, it may take up to 24 hours. We prioritize quality and community safety over speed.
Common reasons include: violating community guidelines, containing personal information, inappropriate content, harassment, spam, or being too similar to recent posts. We don't provide specific rejection reasons to maintain moderation integrity.
Yes, but please avoid spam. We encourage quality over quantity. Similar or repetitive confessions may be rejected. Wait for previous submissions to be processed before submitting new ones.
Content Guidelines
We welcome personal experiences, academic struggles, relationship stories, mental health reflections, campus observations, career concerns, and social experiences. Content should be respectful and not harmful to others.
Prohibited content includes: harassment, hate speech, personal information (names, contact details), explicit sexual content, threats, illegal activities, spam, and anything that violates our community guidelines.
Yes, you can upload images (JPG, PNG, GIF up to 2MB). Images must also follow our guidelines - no personal information, inappropriate content, or identifiable people. Images are reviewed along with the text.
Managing Content
No, confessions cannot be edited once submitted. This maintains the integrity of the anonymous system. If you made an error, you can submit a new confession or contact us for content removal.
Since submissions are anonymous, we cannot verify ownership. However, you can contact us with the confession URL and specific details only the author would know. We'll review deletion requests case-by-case.
